Please note that our flowers are seasonal, and in the rare case that a specific flower is unavailable, our florist may substitute it with an item of equal or higher value to ensure your arrangement is perfect.

Refund Policy: All sales are final, but refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us on the day of delivery for assistance.

Shipping Policy: We deliver within a 30-mile radius of Miami, and the cost varies depending on the distance. For national deliveries, we use FedEx, with shipping fees paid by the recipient.
