Additional Charges and Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address. If the address is incomplete, incorrect, or needs to be re-routed in transit, an additional fee will apply. The fee is determined by the carrier based on the number of boxes, distance, and service used. We will inform you of any re-route charges as provided by the carrier.
Substitutions: If a flower variety is unavailable, Moris Flowers will offer a substitution of equal or greater value. If the customer requests a substitution of significantly higher value, the price difference will be charged.
Change and Cancellation Policy
Changes to orders must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order and will be subject to product availability.
Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours via email. An email confirmation will be sent. Rush orders cannot be canceled. Cancellation fees will apply to cover processing costs.
Delivery refusals at the time of delivery cannot be refunded. If a delivery is refused, the full order price will still be charged. Fresh flowers are custom orders and cannot be canceled once shipped.
Claims, Credit, and Refund Policy
If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact Moris Flowers the same day at morisflowers71@gmail.com. For after-hours deliveries, leave an email or voicemail with a return number.
Moris Flowers is not responsible for shipping issues or delays due to weather or other uncontrollable factors. Claims must be submitted directly to the carrier.
We guarantee freshness upon delivery, but flower performance after delivery cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as care, handling, and temperature. For any questions on proper flower care, please contact Moris Flowers.
